Ford Pro Unveils The E-Transit Courier, Its Latest All Electric Commercial Vehicle.

April 6, 2023: Ford Pro has just announced the launch of the E-Transit Courier, an all-electric commercial vehicle. This latest addition to Ford Pro’s range of electrified and connected cargo vans is fully incorporated into the company’s software and connected services platform, which streamlines operation for maximum efficiency. With end-to-end charging solutions and management tools provided by Ford Pro Software, the E-Transit Courier is fully equipped to meet the demands of modern businesses.

The all-new E-Transit Courier boasts a completely revamped design, with a bigger and more versatile cargo area that offers 25% more load volume compared to the previous model. With enhanced capability including greater payload capacity and the ability to accommodate two Euro pallets, the E-Transit Courier sets a new standard in commercial vehicles. As a part of Ford Pro’s mission to electrify its iconic Transit family of commercial vehicles, the E-Transit Courier joins the ranks of the larger E-Transit and E-Transit Custom models in the company’s portfolio.

In a press release issued by Ford, Hans Schep, General Manager, Ford Pro, Europe said, “E-Transit Courier moves its segment up a level with uncompromised EV performance, higher load capacity and fully connected support including end-to-end charging solutions, Ford Pro E‑Telematics and uptime-boosting FORDLiive. Production of Ford’s exciting new model is set to begin in late 2024. The vehicle will be equipped with a 100kW motor and one pedal driving capability. Further information on its performance and range will be revealed closer to the vehicle’s launch.

The introduction of the E-Transit Courier marks another step forward for Ford Pro in its mission to electrify its commercial fleet.
