Al Hamra Appoints AHK Worldwide to Deliver Interiors for Waldorf Astoria Residences Ras Al Khaimah

20 July, 2026, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE: Al Hamra Group has appointed AHK Worldwide as the main interior fit-out contractor for the Waldorf Astoria Residences Ras Al Khaimah, marking another significant milestone in the delivery of one of the region's most prestigious branded residential developments.

The appointment comes shortly after the project achieved two landmark sales, including the USD 35.4 million sale of the Sky Palace, recognised as the highest-value single residential transaction ever recorded in Ras Al Khaimah, alongside the USD 15 million sale of the development's signature penthouse. Together, these transactions reflect growing international confidence in the emirate's luxury real estate market and reinforce Al Hamra's expansion into the ultra-luxury residential segment.

Valued at USD 225 million, the Waldorf Astoria Residences Ras Al Khaimah is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2028. Under the agreement, AHK Worldwide will lead the project's complete interior fit-out, delivering the premium craftsmanship and detailing associated with the Waldorf Astoria brand.

The partnership also reflects Al Hamra's continued strategy of collaborating with internationally recognised specialists to deliver developments that meet the highest standards of luxury residential design and execution.
