With total transactions approaching AED 2.9 billion in just six months, Ras Al Khaimah's property market continues to demonstrate significant transactional depth. The distribution across different transaction categories also indicates that market activity extends beyond direct property sales, with financing and ownership transfers contributing substantially to the overall value.
As Ras Al Khaimah continues to expand its residential, hospitality, infrastructure, and mixed-use development pipeline, these real estate indicators provide another perspective on the emirate's evolving investment landscape.
The H1 2026 figures reinforce the growing importance of real estate within Ras Al Khaimah's broader economic story, as the emirate continues to attract buyers, investors, developers, and businesses to its expanding property market.
