Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – May 05, 2025: Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has entered into a strategic partnership with Cenomi Centers to introduce the Westfield brand to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This exclusive franchising agreement will see Cenomi Centers rebrand up to eight of its shopping centers in the Kingdom, offering enhanced retail experiences to consumers in the region. The partnership will initially span 10 years, with an option for extension.

Cenomi Centers, a leading owner, operator, and developer of premium shopping destinations in Saudi Arabia, currently manages 21 assets across 10 major cities. Through this collaboration, Cenomi Centers will integrate the Westfield brand’s vision and URW’s industry-leading operational standards into its flagship locations.

The partnership will first focus on three key cities in Saudi Arabia: Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam, by rebranding flagship centers such as Jawharat Jeddah, Jawharat Riyadh, and Nakheel Dammam. URW will offer comprehensive support in leasing, operations, marketing, and retail media to ensure the successful implementation of the Westfield brand’s promise to local consumers.
