Retail Show Saudi Announces Its Second Edition, Returning to Riyadh on 7–8 October 2026

Riyadh, 9 Feb 2026: Following an impressive first edition of Retail Show in October 2025, the Saudi Arabia’s National B2B retail innovation expo is set to return for its second edition on 7–8 October 2026 at the Marriott Hotel, Riyadh Airport, reaffirming Saudi Arabia’s role as a focal point for retail innovation and transformation in the Middle East.

The inaugural Retail Show Saudi 2025 brought together retail professionals, decision-makers, innovators, and global brands over two dynamic days of exhibits, strategic dialogue, and networking opportunities. Hosted at the Radisson Hotel Riyadh Airport, the event attracted industry leaders from more than 200 companies and featured cutting-edge technology demonstrations, insightful conference sessions and high-value interactions across the retail ecosystem. With Saudi Arabia’s retail market projected to exceed $200 billion by 2028, the event served as a key destination for business development, market expansion and future-focused solutions.

Among the notable participants were leading regional and international companies alongside prominent Saudi retail groups and technology innovators shaping the Kingdom’s rapidly evolving commerce landscape.

The conference stage welcomed distinguished industry leaders including Dr. Duaa Abaoud, Director – Portals & Content Quality at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing; Dr. Martyn Davies, Head of the Retail Sector and Head, City Excellence at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City; and Turki Abdulaziz Hamad Al Washmi, Vice President of Retail at Saudi Post | SPL. Their sessions addressed key developments influencing Saudi Arabia’s retail ecosystem, from regulatory evolution and urban retail planning to infrastructure enablement and sector-wide transformation under Vision 2030.

In addition, senior representatives and thought leaders from global and regional brands such as Adidas, New Balance, RedTag, Styli, Amazon, and DHL contributed valuable perspectives on market expansion, consumer behaviour shifts, operational excellence, cross-border commerce, and the growing role of logistics and digital innovation in shaping the Kingdom’s retail future. Collectively, their participation reinforced Retail Show Saudi’s positioning as a high-level platform for executive dialogue, strategic collaboration, and forward-looking retail strategy.

Building on this momentum, Retail Show Saudi 2026 is set to deliver an even more impactful experience, positioning itself as a strategic meeting point for those shaping the future of retail in the region. The second edition is poised to highlight how retail in Saudi Arabia is entering a new phase of transformation, shaped by innovation, evolving consumer expectations, and large-scale national development initiatives.

Retail Show Saudi 2026 will feature carefully curated exhibition, bringing together retail brands, developers, investors, government leaders and technology innovators. The exhibition will present practical, deployable solutions across commerce enablement, operations optimisation, store development, payments, and supply chain advancement. Designed as a results-driven marketplace, the show will incorporate a dedicated Hosted Buyer Programme to facilitate targeted business meetings and high-value commercial engagement.

Complementing the exhibition, the conference will present a forward-looking agenda led by government representatives, industry leaders, and global experts. Through keynote sessions and panel discussions, the programme will explore the trends, opportunities, and strategic priorities shaping the future of retail in Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

The event will also host Global Retail Awards, recognising excellence and innovation across the sector, alongside curated networking opportunities designed to foster strategic partnerships and long-term commercial growth.
