ModelProp Launches VoiceProp AI

London, UK – January 31, 2025: ModelProp, a leading AI-driven service provider for estate and letting agencies, has unveiled VoiceProp AI, a groundbreaking automated call-handling system designed to operate around the clock.

Founded by Mal McCallion, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in property portals, ModelProp has been at the forefront of promoting AI literacy in the property sector. McCallion, who previously co-founded Prime Location and served as a sales director at Zoopla from 2008 to 2011, established ModelProp to help estate and letting agencies maximize the benefits of cutting-edge technology.

In a recent LinkedIn announcement, McCallion highlighted the diverse support options that VoiceProp AI offers, including out-of-hours and overflow call management, as well as handling all incoming calls. "It can answer any number of calls simultaneously, understand who’s available, transfer to mobiles, email messages and even discuss property details," he explained.

VoiceProp AI is designed to simplify the process of managing phone calls and other administrative tasks, integrating seamlessly with standard phone lines for easy implementation. Acting as a virtual receptionist, it can answer calls, schedule viewings, take messages, and provide detailed information about buyers, sellers, properties, and related services, all without human intervention.

"Estate and lettings agencies thrive on personal connections and effective client engagement," said Mal McCallion, CEO of ModelProp.

"VoiceProp AI takes care of the repetitive, machine-like tasks — fielding routine calls and enquiries — so agents can invest more time in sales, negotiations, and nurturing relationships. The aim is to keep property a people-centric profession, whilst letting technology handle the busywork."
