The second edition of the London Proptech Show was a huge success with participation of over 2200 attendees, including 60+ speakers, 60+ exhibitors and 220+ delegates. The event began with a keynote address from Lee Rowley MP, Minister of State for Housing, Planning and Building Safety - Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. He stressed the government’s continued support for proptech innovation and highlighted the sector’s growth, noting its position as Europe’s largest proptech market worth £14 billion. The speech concluded with a major announcement of the UK government investing £4 million to fuel innovation in the UK’s property technology sector.

Day 1

The first day proved to be a huge hit! It was defined not only by high-quality conference sessions but also by a dynamic exhibition. Among the topnotch speakers who delved into key industry issues included:  Andrew Knight, Global Data and Tech Lead - RICS, who spoke on ‘The Impact of Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Intelligence Platforms on The Real Estate Industry’; Alexandra Jezef, Senior Property Development Manager - Places for London, spoke on ‘Places for London: finding value in and around transport properties’; Sandra Donovan, Chief Executive Officer - Openbricks, explored the benefits of ‘PropTech – A Tenant Centric Approach’.

Apart from the immersive conference, attendees explored cutting-edge proptech solutions from leading companies such as NEW INN, INEP, MCLIMATE, NOZOMI NETWORKS and DALUX. These exhibitors showcased their latest innovations, giving attendees a glimpse into the future of real estate technology. The hands-on workshops proved particularly popular, attracting a large crowd keen to experience Proptech products and enhance their understanding of how the technology works. Day 2 maintained the momentum with an equally compelling lineup of speakers. Lars Sommerer, Managing Director - SwissPropTech, tackled the question: 'Can Investments in Proptech Startups help Meet Carbon Reduction Goals?'. Nick Munro, CEO and Co-Founder - Butterfly, shed light on 'Improving the Air Quality and Energy Efficiency of Buildings'. Daniele Gambero, President - Malaysia Proptech Association, addressed 'The Affordable Housing Challenge & The PropTech Solution', while Edward Jezeph, Senior Investments Manager - Homes England, focused on 'Sustainability, Energy Efficiency and Construction'.

Day 2 included panel discussions, startup pitching sessions and networking opportunities for the proptech community. The hands-on workshops provided attendees with a valuable opportunity to experience Proptech products and gain in-depth knowledge of their operations. The main highlight of Day 2 was the Startup pitching session with many promising startups presenting their innovative solutions to potential investors.
