To issue a refund, follow the steps:

Step 1 - Go to Account and select “ Dashboard

Step 2 -  Select “My Events

Step 3 - Select the event you wish to issue the refund for

Step 4 - Select “Overview” under “Payments

Step 5 - Click  on “View Transactions

Step 6 - Click “Issue Refund”  under Actions for the desired transaction.

The amount will be wired to your account soon.
