You can always allow or disallow enquiries for your event, just follow the steps:
Step 1 - Go to Account and select “ Dashboard”
Step 2 - Select “My Events”
Step 3 - Select the event you wish to set the enquiries for
Step 4 - In the event dashboard, select Edit Event Details
Step 5 - Click on “Change” button placed under “Allow Enquiries”
Step 6 - Check the checkboxes against the enquiry option you wish to allow for your event.
Step 7 - Hit “Update Enquiry Options”
