To issue a refund, follow the steps:
Step 1 - Go to Account and select “ Dashboard”
Step 2 - Select “My Events”
Step 3 - Select the event you wish to issue the refund for
Step 4 - Select “Overview” under “Payments”
Step 5 - Click on “View Transactions”
Step 6 - Click “Issue Refund” under Actions for the desired transaction.
The amount will be wired to your account soon.
