UK Based Proptech Firm “iamproperty” Crosses £1bn In Sales Till June 2022.

Founded in 2009, UK based proptech company, iamproperty, specialised in tech enabled software platforms and multiple services from buying to selling and end-to-end moving has crossed a billion pounds in sales over the last 12 months employing the Modern Method of Auction (MMoA).

The company’s monthly sales have almost increased twice, selling 388 properties back in July 2021 which jumped to 620 properties till June 2022. A similar picture can be seen with the company’s Capital value raised in the month of May hitting a record £120,788,499 and its partner agents crossing the 4000 mark.

Commenting on this remarkable feat, managing director Jamie Cooke said: “We’ve paid out record fees to our agent network and we can see the market for auction continuing to grow and the appetite to use this method of sale increasing, amongst both Estate Agents and consumers. We’re seeing a real shift in property types sold at auction too, from million-pound homes to city apartments and barn conversions, and we’re incredibly pleased to see perceptions changing in the market”.

The company believes in innovations and is constantly leaping towards technological advancements in the proptech sector with their latest auction service innovations, the company is aiming to enhance the consumer auction experience along with its movebutler platform which will also be witnessing an addition of new survey modules combined with consistent enhancements to the conveyancing section, with primary focus being on having a provision of upfront material information to its clientele. Apart from all this, the company’s recent acquisition of VTUK will enable it to offer a full-fledged cloud-based property software solution, enabling realtors to automate all their operations.
