RAK Properties and Minor Hotels Expand with Anantara Residences in Mina Al Arab

October 1, 2024: RAK Properties, the leading publicly listed property developer in Ras Al Khaimah, has strengthened its partnership with Minor Hotels to unveil the upcoming Anantara Branded Residences at Mina Al Arab, marking a significant milestone in RAK Properties' vision to establish Mina Al Arab as a premier global destination for luxury island living within a vibrant community.

This expanded collaboration aligns with RAK Properties' strategy to integrate renowned international hospitality brands, enhancing Ras Al Khaimah's appeal to investors and residents seeking high-end living options. By incorporating world-class brands like Anantara, RAK Properties underscores its commitment to sustainable development, further enriching the emirate’s allure for luxury living and tourism. This initiative marks a notable advancement in the company’s premium real estate portfolio and supports Ras Al Khaimah's vision for luxurious waterfront living.

The Anantara Mina Al Arab Residences promise an exceptional lifestyle, blending the serenity of traditional Thai design with the tropical charm of Ras Al Khaimah. Residents will experience the pinnacle of luxury living, featuring world-class amenities, private infinity pools, spacious terraces, and direct access to pristine shorelines—all within the privacy of their own sea-view apartments or overwater villas. The development will consist of approximately 94 residential apartments and 20 overwater villas.

RAK Properties and Minor Hotels' first collaboration resulted in the launch of the award-winning Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort earlier this year. The resort is pioneering sustainable tourism and luxury by earning LEED Gold certification, highlighting its dedication to environmentally friendly practices.

In the company’s official press release, Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of RAK Properties, stated: “Our continued partnership with Minor Hotels is a key milestone in expanding our luxury portfolio. The Anantara brand aligns perfectly with our vision of delivering world-class, sustainable developments that highlight the natural beauty of Ras Al Khaimah. This project not only elevates the living experience but reinforces Mina’s position as a premier global destination that fully embraces the unique elements of nature the emirate has to offer.”

Adding to that, Amir Golbarg, Senior Vice President, Minor Hotels Middle East & Africa, said: “We are proud to continue our partnership with RAK Properties, a visionary developer that shares our commitment to excellence and sustainability. Their deep understanding of Ras Al Khaimah’s potential and dedication to enhancing its natural beauty aligns seamlessly with our Anantara brand values. Together, we are creating unparalleled luxury experiences that not only elevate the living standards in the emirate but also position it as a premier destination on the global stage.”

This project emphasises sustainable development and upscale living, promising residents an exceptional lifestyle that harmonises with the natural beauty of the emirate. The Anantara Residences are set to play a vital role in shaping the future of luxury waterfront living in Ras Al Khaimah.
