Lamborghini Unveils Temerario, all-new electrified supercar

29 July 2025: Automobili Lamborghini has unveiled its latest groundbreaking vehicle, the Temerario, a high-performance electrified vehicle that seamlessly fuses hybrid technology with the brand’s iconic supercar DNA. Designed and manufactured in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy, the Temerario marks a bold step forward in the evolution of hybrid performance vehicles.

At the core of the Temerario is a revolutionary powertrain combining a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine with three electric motors, delivering a total output of 920 CV and 800 Nm of torque. The V8 engine alone produces 800 CV between 6,000 and 6,750 rpm, revving to 10,000 rpm, an unprecedented feat for a production supercar. This hybrid beast accelerates from 0–100 km/h in just 2 seconds, and from 0–200 km/h in under 7.3 seconds, placing it firmly among the world’s most elite performance vehicles.

The driving experience is elevated by 13 customisable driving modes, including new features such as Drift mode and launch control, allowing drivers to tailor the Temerario’s response for both everyday driving and full-throttle track performance.

Inside, the Temerario combines technical precision with refined comfort. The redesigned cabin offers increased headroom and houses an exclusive Sonus Faber audio system, featuring seven individually powered speakers and a 750 W Class-D Dual DSP amplifier. Engineered around the brand’s Natural Sound philosophy, the system delivers a wide frequency range from 30 Hz to 30 kHz, ensuring rich, immersive audio even at top speeds.

In collaboration with Bridgestone, Lamborghini equips the Temerario with a bespoke range of high-performance tires, including the Potenza Sport, Potenza Race, and Blizzak LM005, covering summer, track, and winter conditions. These tires, developed with Virtual Tyre Development technology, are built for precision, performance, and environmental efficiency, further supporting Lamborghini’s sustainability roadmap.

Aligned with its Direzione Cor Tauri strategy, the Temerario reflects Lamborghini’s broader vision for sustainable mobility, combining electrification with a continued focus on performance, design, and innovation.

With the Temerario, Lamborghini not only pushes the boundaries of performance but also reinforces its commitment to a more sustainable and electrified future. The launch reflects the brand’s broader vision, adhering to ISO 20121 standards and earning certification from TÜV SÜD as part of its ongoing efforts to reduce environmental impact. As a symbol of both innovation and responsibility, the Temerario sets a strong foundation for the next generation of hybrid supercars and the future direction of Lamborghini.
