To request a refund, follow the steps:

Step 1 - Go to Account and select “ Dashboard”

Step 2 -  Select “Orders” from the user dashboard

Step 3 -  Click  “Request Refund” against the ticket you wish to request a refund for


The amount will be wired to your account soon.

Note: Request a refund is subject to ticket being refundable.
