Dar Global Partners With Aston Martin On $250mn Beachfront Project In Ras Al Khaimah

April 22, 2024 - Dar Global, a real estate developer headquartered in Dubai that provides luxury residential properties, has joined forces with the renowned British luxury brand, Aston Martin, to create a beachfront residential community on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Valued at $250 million, the project is set to be formally unveiled in May, with construction slated for completion by 2028. This venture will be undertaken in collaboration with Aarvees Group. According to Dar Global, this marks Aston Martin's inaugural foray into real estate in the GCC, with the brand responsible for crafting the interior designs for the development.

Al Marjan Island, known for its stunning natural vistas and contemporary facilities, appeals to those seeking an upscale lifestyle. Marjan is the visionary behind Al Marjan Island, comprising four man-made islands boasting over 7.8km of beaches, 23km of waterfront, and featuring prominent hotels and residential projects. These artificial islands have garnered substantial investment interest from developers in recent times.

With a market capitalization of approximately $662.48 million, Dar Global aims for global expansion, with a robust pipeline of projects worth nearly $3.6 billion planned across the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Spain, Bosnia, and the UK. Following this announcement, its stock price rose by 0.61% to €3.28 ($3.49).

Al Marjan Island, with its unmatched natural allure and top-tier amenities, remains a magnet for discerning investors and residents in search of luxurious living. The soon-to-be-launched branded residences, graced with interiors by Aston Martin, are poised to set a benchmark for luxury living in Ras Al Khaimah, elevating the region's real estate offerings to unparalleled heights.
