Bunch Acquires Monadd to Streamline Household Service Management for Renters Across the UK

LONDON, 13 January 2026 — Bunch, the UK’s leading bill management platform for renters, has announced its acquisition of Monadd, the address-management infrastructure used to automatically update providers, subscriptions, and services when people move home. The deal strengthens Bunch’s platform by adding infrastructure that simplifies the management of essential services and subscriptions for households.

The integration of Monadd’s technology allows renters to notify multiple providers at once, reducing the need for manual updates and helping prevent service disruptions or missed communications. This move supports Bunch’s wider ambition to remove the everyday complexity associated with managing household administration.

Through partnerships with leading proptech platforms, Bunch now reaches over one-third of renters in the UK. The company has experienced rapid growth in recent months, reporting a 400% increase over the past eight months as demand for more automated and intelligent household solutions has grown.

In an official press release, Elliott Herrod Taylor, Founder and CEO of Bunch, stated, “Monadd is one of the most elegant and reliable systems for managing address-linked services, and combining it with Bunch allows us to remove even more friction from people’s lives. Household admin should run effortlessly in the background, and this acquisition moves us significantly closer to that reality.”

Monadd’s address management technology is already trusted by over 8,000 movers, enabling them to update suppliers, manage service changes, and maintain accurate records. These capabilities will be embedded into the Bunch platform. They will also support its upcoming AI-powered assistant, which is designed to identify bills, analyse spending, automate supplier interactions, and deliver ongoing savings for users.

Jessica Mendoza, Founder and CEO of Monadd, added, “Monadd was built to simplify one of the most frustrating moments in modern life: keeping your services up to date when your circumstances change. By joining Bunch, we can bring that simplicity to a far wider audience and become part of a seamless experience for households across the UK.”

The acquisition further reinforces Bunch’s role in simplifying household administration. By integrating Monadd into its platform, Bunch moves beyond addressing the challenges of moving home to offering ongoing, year-round support for managing household services. This broader approach enables Bunch to support not only renters in transition but anyone seeking a simpler and more efficient way to manage bills, subscriptions, and interactions with service providers.
